God, Guns, and War are Holy Incompatible:

God, Guns, and War are Holy Incompatible:

God, guns, and war are holy incompatible, but sometimes still necessary for defense. Some say the war must be fought, the reasons why, we still don’t know. Isn’t there a probable cause, and an immediate cause that leads to a course of war that can be avoided and resolved? Isn’t war something so deadly, costly, and consequential that you need not risk lives, capital, standing, reputation, economy, and world economy or world order for a war that must be fought that shouldn’t be fought or for a war that was fought that should have been fought? Isn’t war so scary and dangerous that it can’t be waged for a political strategy, conspiratorial dogma, or for a Hallelujah vision of the world, that a war of Armageddon or a doomsday war will bring in a new civilization or some Deitinal World Order of a Chosen People to rule over the rest of the world? If wishes, fictions, beliefs systems or vision must be put to test, then isn’t it wise that wars shouldn’t be the experimental variable, that lives lost for some unbelievable beliefs cannot come back to live again in this human life of matter and fluid? Isn’t it very dangerous and apathetic of life to wage wars just for political maneuvering, worse of it invoking God or some patriotic virtuousness? If God is Universal and must be imposed as Universal and oppressed into the entire world or must be spread around the whole universe as a civilizational mission or purpose, then wouldn’t that God be the source of peace not war, the source of love not hate? If that God that all must believe in or buy into is so good and forgiving and kind and compassionate, and loving, and fair, and just, and peaceful, and humane, and empathetic as said, and true, then why must that God go to war or have a chosen people? Why must that God accept or ordain discrimination or the suffering of particular others? Why must wars be waged in the name of that peaceful God? Why must hate, cruelty, inhumanity, slavery, colonization, savage brutality be made in the name of that God? Why must that God be owned by a particular race of people, of a particular skin tone, of a particular culture and civilization? Why must others be so entitled to that God or have authorship, autonomy, agency, and control over that God? Why must “that particular God” do as they say, think as they say, will as they say, punish or forgive as they say? Why must “that God” be there by their side, wage war on their behalf, kill on their behalf, or commit mass atrocities on their behalf? Why must “that God” pay a Blind Blessing Eye (BBE) to all their gross inhumanity and Callous Egregious Disregard (CED) to the life of fellow men and women or to the sanity of life itself? Why must “that God” ignore the lives of innocent children who will die or be casualties of War? Why should that Holy God allow Himself or Herself to be used by others to hurt others? Is God the God of hurt or the God of War or that God is made up to justify actions and absorb guilt? Isn’t why good people are sometimes suspicious of those unclean souls using God to commit mass atrocities, those hypocrites of war, those blood thirsters, those who will justify a war, playdown its consequences, rationalize its cruelties, and falsely claim that God is on their side or that they are waging a war in the name of God? What God can you wage a war on His or Her behalf? When and how, in what language, tone of voice did God speak to thee or authorize you to commit mass atrocities? Why should there be a need for God to protect just you and favor just you, despite thy eagerness to war, and why not the others? Why must God listen to you and not the rest of the world? Why is God not present in the lives of those innocent people being killed? Why should “that God” let that child to be killed, to starve or die of famine? Isn’t it worrying to the faithful that politicians through the wars they bring onto the faithful’s sometimes make the construct of a Divine Caring God (DCG) hollow? Wars are unjust especially as humans are born with the abilities and capacities to resolve crises. Isn’t that why humans have intellects or large brains? Wars are fought because they want to be fought, not because they must be fought. Unjust wars and the cruelties it brings reminds the rest that War Prone Politicians (WPP) misuse, misinterpret, and mislead God. At worst, they make the faithful ashamed or question their faith. Wars are not fought for God or by God, but for Politicians and by Politicians – against the will of the Positive Majority. If God is true as told and believed, the God who can do and undo, then why will God need humans to wage a war or wage a war to destroy God’s humanity for God’s coming or for God’s sake? Who shows up after destroying everybody, of course, not God. Use not thy beliefs to punish the rest of humanity. Belief is mental, the consequences or causalities are practical. Humans will pay the price of repugnant Belief Systems that are constructed in the image of war. Why must the God of Jesus be forced into war? Be thou wise not to confuse God for Gun. See not God through the barrel of a Gun. War has never produced a sustainable or peaceful God loving civilization. With war comes revenge as a matter of vindictiveness, timing, readiness, and preparedness or in the name of Preemptiveness. God, Gun, and War are holy incompatible. If it’s truly God, then it mustn’t be war. Isn’t God Imprinted than Imposed in the minds and hearts of humans, in their conscience and awareness? If God is true, then why force or impose God onto others, won’t God be natural to us in our genes code? The authority to strike others at will is a power too great for God to give that only politicians can give themselves. When politicians are above God and above Human Good Conscience Laws (HGCL), then society becomes what it had become – perpetual cycles of violence, conflicts, and wars without lasting peace – a world where peace is spoken of but never planted or nurtured to grow. Still, some are of their righteous beliefs that God loves them more, not by faith or deeds or building a better humanity for all, but that they are God’s elect. If God has elected thee, then isn’t it for you to prove God’s Kind of Love or God’s Kind of Blessings to you and to humanity? How can thou be of God’s blessings and God’s calling with a sharpened sword or with loaded weapons ready to hurt? Why should God choose you to kill on His behalf or commit atrocities on Her behalf on fellow humans? Why should a God justify a caste system, a racial hierarchy, a superiority system of institutionalized discrimination? Are we using God correctly or are we replacing God with Power, just as wealth has replaced virtue as seeking to belong has replaced good conscience, goodwill and good intentions? If God is true of which God is, not what others say, what type of a God that is supposed to be worshiped by the entirety of the universe will be picking and choosing winners and losers, be picking those to dominate and those to control, those to be free and those to be subjugated, those to be entitled with privileges and those to suffer and languish or those to be slaves and those to be masters? Man made God to his convenience and imposed the latter on everybody with a sword or gun, until followers of the true God of Jesus said enough is enough. Use not the name of our God to wage a war. Jesus is the Prince of Peace, not the Captain of war. Aren’t they those who call themselves Christians and see peace as weakness and endless wars as strength? Who can you be that strong by perpetually fighting? Doesn’t everybody bow to the will of the strong without a fight? Doesn’t a war mean power is contested, that you’re not as strong as you think or say you are? Don’t let contractions lead thee to war. Invoke not God to fight a war. Wars mustn’t be fought. All wars are avoidable, but for self-defense. You cannot not defend yourself; else survival falls apart. If wars are waged in the name of a God, then what type of a cruel, domineering, and dictatorial God can that be? Nowhere is it in the God of Jesus, that we all purport to worship, did Jesus preach for war or see other humans as existential threats. A true Christian who truly believes in Jesus Christ can’t not invoke Christianity (named after Christ) and go to an offensive war. A true Christian can’t invoke God, the God of all loving and compassionate Christians to go to war, to justify a war, to discriminate, or suffer or promote prejudice against others. Truth be told, how can you invoke Christ (Christianity) and go to war? If Jesus Christ of Christianity must be for all, then how can you faithfully use Christianity of Jesus Christ to wage a war, unless it’s a war of self-defense? How can you invoke God (of all) to fight a war of political self-interest or political survival? Isn’t that all it is, like Constantine using God to fight his wars or those of the inquisition and crusades, or those using a superior of faith to justify slavery or racial superiority? When shall man stop abusing God? When shall man stop using God to justify war? How can God be for the whole and used against Its parts? How can God always be imposed on a people just when they are to be bombed or subjugated? How can you mix God with deadly weapons of mass destruction? Thou shall defend thyself, but thou shall not be the one that craves, provokes, invokes, or starts a war in the name of God. It’s all about humans using, abusing, exploiting, and defaming God in their blasphemous wars. God is with you as a defender, not the offender, else the whole construct of a just God falls apart. If you must fight your war of which you will, don’t invoke God, don’t invoke human rights, don’t invoke freedom, don’t invoke helping a people unless you truthfully and faithfully mean it. Isn’t what all most wars do to the majority is the cruel opposite of the intended liberation goal, that those who ask for the war soon becomes its primary victims or casualties? War takes away freedoms, abuses the human rights of others, brings untold suffering, death, and misery. Wars make innocent people question God and their faith. War is the ruthlessness of power imposed on the weak as a mechanism of control. Why should a country call on its enemy to liberate it from itself? Enemies don’t liberate; they destroy and weaken. Apart from the toxicity of ignorance, nothing kills humans the most than wars? Prevent instead of wage wars. Most wars are waged by politicians in desperation seeking glory or escaping challenges at home. Real humans die for political games. Real societies and centuries of infrastructural investments are destroyed by wars. Why war when you can use your holy intellect to solve problems?American Philosopher Prince Israel Zaar 02.22.2026
