Right and The Types of Right

Humans do a lot to be relevant; countries do a lot to look strong; politicians do a lot for elections; and leaders do a lot for charisma. Not all priorities to be liked, loved, appeased, or validated are the same – though humans depend on each other to be pleased, like, loved, or validated. Can you live a life not seek to be liked, to be pleased, appeased, or to be validated? Yes – “by doing what is right.” What is right might not give you favors, likes, validation, or appeasement – but it brings the confidence of righteous sustainable inner happiness, security, sufficiency, adequacy, consistency, certainty, and inner peace. The ACT of Insecurity is life lived begging to be liked, loved, pleased, or validated. Be liked for doing the right thing, don’t you think? If doing the right thing is pleasing to others or liked and validated by some, then such is right. Don’t compromise right for wrong – else your ways are corrupted with guilt. Powerlessness, vulnerability, and poverty or lack make it challenging for others to do the right thing. What is right might be subjective or relative, sometimes based on the culture, tradition, religion, region, politics, or convenience. Good conscience and Positive Goodwill (PGW) will lead thee to happiness, inner righteousness, and inner harmony of mind, body, soul, and ecology. The Right from conscience (righteousness or goodwill) is sometimes different from the external Right emanating from legality, morality, or politics.

Three types of rights: 

Conscientious Right (Individual Conscience Right (ICR) or “Internality Right” – right coming from within the person’s good conscience or goodwill.

Moral Right (Nurturing Right) – through parenting, culturing, traditioning, or by religion -Societal Expectation Right (SER) or Internality Externality Expectation Right (IEER).

 Legality Right (Learned Right) – this a Punishable Political Institutionalized Enforceable Right (PPIER).

The right of conscience is the positive, indelible, eternal, or infinity good (right) that lives in thee. Being a good person defeats all hypocrisy and pretentiousness. A Good Soul Being (GSB) gives you peace within life and veneration when you’re gone. It costs nothing to be good – it takes a will – a being that can see past itself and be good to others – for goodness sake – than profit and selfish gains. Generosity of will is natural, organic, original, authentic, and real. Be that person – that good – that human – that right, though humanly flawed.

Mix not right for rights – for some humans have the Rights to hurt others. Right is refusing to hurt others even when you have the Rights to do so. Right Rights are rights that are in themselves harmless to self or others. The Right Rights (choosing the right rights from the rights given to you) are different from The Rights Right (which is an entitlement type of right – like racism and sexism types of right). Your Rights that you have the Right and privilege to commit crime or hurt others unpunished doesn’t mean such an act or action is Right in itself. Rights are given, but to be right with your rights is a matter of conscience, moral expectation, and humanity inclination. You have the Given Rights (G-Right) to consume yourself to death or hate others as you please – but you have the Moral Right (M-R) or Expectational Rights not to. Rights without the wisdom of good conscience or the Inner Powers of Restraint (IPR) called Measurement, Proportionality, and Balance (MPB), make such Rights to become Wrong Rights – owing to the abuse of such Rights. Even though you have Rights, it’s not Right to do what rights yourself and hurts others.

Political or Institutional or Constitutional rights are sometimes devoured or void of good conscience or Conscience Rights. If in conflict, Conscience Right should supersede Political or Institutional Right. Owing to the punitive nature of noncompliance to institutionalized or Instrumental Rights, humans sell their conscience to belong or evade – living a life of inner guilt and remorse.
