Positive Impactful Indelibility Deeds
Leadership is driven by charisma and dignity. Leadership is the Mind, Manner, and Matter (MMM) type of thing, to believe in you. That you accept this truth to be self evident that you are of the people, for the people, by the people, and from the people; that you’re legitimate, legal, binding, authorized, authenticated, verified, voted, and certified by the will of the people; that your legitimacy and authority is from the people, by the people, for the people, and to the people; that you rule or lead or legislate or execute for the people and on behalf of the people; that your duty, responsible, expectations, obligations, commitments, or investments are for the good of the people and for the functional benefit of the people or for the purpose to which you are elected appointed, nominated, enthroned, or selected; that you seleplessly and tirelessly doing your job well and troubled for not performing to expectations or for being distracted by task or interest unrelated to that which you are enthroned, elected, nominated, designated, selected, or appointed for; that accomplishing the task and objectives at hand or making use of proposals, suggestions, and considerations is all for the mission of the people and all for the oath or bond of leadership; that you’re there to lead the people, to better their lives, to be the way, the light, and truth, to be there for them, to serve the interest of the people, fulfill your promises, and assignments without misusing the trust given to thee or abusing the office upon which your authority lies; that your job is to look after the people, going after the lost sheep, being the provider-in-chief, showing love to those who need one, planting lives to success, helping repair forgetfulness to responsibilities, taking distance journeys to meet the people, to listen to their troubles, to repair their conditions, to ameliorate their situations, to accept and acknowledge their circumstances, to be there for the children, attaining to their needs, their health, their intellect, interest, attention, focus, and concentration; that you are the leader who cares, the leader of compassion, the leader of empathy, the leader of sympathy, the, leader who feels the pain and absorb the hurt of the people, that kind of leader, the manner of a man, that mind of of a woman, that soul of humanity; that you have it in you as a leader who genuinely sees all humans as fallible creatures desiring of humanity, humility, fairness, justice, equity, and dignity; that you’re that leaders of introspection, reflection, wisdom, experience, expertise, foresight, proactiveness, and premonition as an embodiment of the people, their tears, cries, joys, happiness, prosperity, and flourishment; that your that leader, that mantle of might, boldness, courage, bravery, and strength of audaciousness in calculated, and measured decision making in resolve and resolution, not to destroy but build, not to spread divided or animosity but understanding and togetherness, not to be of spite, rage, vengeance, exclusion, or hate, but of tolerance, inclusion, forgiveness and positive commonalities; that your that leader of positive creative imagination, that above ground type of leader, that leader of higher intelligence, master of understanding, the future to be, the logician and nerd type of common sense, intuition, and vision; that you’re that leader who listens, who despises arrogance, ignorance, hubris, narcissism, and repugnacies, that leader who objects to cruelties, inhumanities or mistreatments; that you’re the leader of positive causalities, positive calculations, positive proportionalities, and positive measurements: that you’re the leader of positive humanitarianism, positive enlightenment, and positive elevation; that you’re the leader of positive contribution, positive deeds, and positive development; that you’re the leader of positive productivity value, Positive advancements, and positive orchestrations of new beginnings; that you are a leader who kind, loving, caring, and free from acts of immorality, criminality, indignities; that you’re a leader free from corruption, nepotism, cronyism, or acts of unaccountable or irresponsibilities; that as a leader, you are the pride of the people, the voice of reason, the emblem of dignity, the symbol of friendliness, and the toughness of rightfulness; that you’re the great counselor, the peacemaker, the uniter, the voice of calm, and the person to go to; that you are the leader to trust in, or to confine in without fear of punishment, retribution, or punitiveness; that you are a leader, Servant of State, called upon to serve the people, not to serve yourself or friends or pay to play or ignore and disregard the people on behalf of a selected or an unelected few; that you are there at the service of the people, not to enrich yourself, play games with lives; that you’re there as a leader, not to wage unnecessary wars, plunder the resources of the people, sell out the country to foreign bidders or cartel to illicit business against thy oath of office or against the will of the people; that you’re appointed, elected, nominated, enthroned, selected, or delegated to be of positive creativity, positive invention, positive innovation, and positive ingenuity; to be of positive influence, positive example, and positive role model; to be of positive development, and positive contribution; that as a leader, you’re the symbol of prosperity, positive growth, safety, security, and sustainable peace and ease; that you have come to be remembered, not forgotten, to be of Positive Impactful Indelibility Deeds (PIID); that you have taken that oath, that bond, that code, that deed, that seal of leadership to be there for the people at all times, all weather and circumstances; that you are that Mind, Manner, and Matter of Leader to one day be Monumentized.
