Use MPB (Measurement, Proportionality, and Balance) to manage your anger. Off balance leads to rage. Your anger is your past in expression. Anger is not the thing itself but an expression of the past of something else. Anger from insecurity or hurt is an expression or externalization of Negative Accumulated Internalization (NAI) that is always rooted in past grievances, fear, or feelings of being wronged. Expression of anger is hardly about something immediate but always something else that is rooted in something else that is connected or unconnected to what the person is actually angry about. A fit of anger is internalized fear, bitterness, or toxic negativity of the past expressed in the presence on something or somebody that is nothing else but a trigger. A gun can’t pull the trigger – It needs a human being with history to pull it. Angry or grievance humans need triggers to express their anger regarding past issues unresolved – issues sometimes even unrelated to that which the person is angry about. You’re angry about something or upon somebody. If it’s upon somebody, it can turn hostile, abusive, aggressive, cruel, violence, dangerous, or deadly. Try not to express your anger physically or violently on somebody. Anger is natural; the cruelties of anger is human; and therefore must be controlled, managed, and channeled positively. The trigger of anger, is from a past unresolved. Al PHIL. PIZ. 02.09.2023.
