Strength buffers aggression; weakness attracts intruders; instability invites interventions. For peace to reign, resourced attractive state shall not be weak or vulnerable to intrusion. Strength shall not only come from war or the military. Strength can be negative or positive. Positive Strength comes from positive intelligence, Positive development, positive investments, positive innovations, inventions, positive exploration, positive acceleration, positive ways of life, positive scientific and technological advancements, positive collaborations, positive negotiations, positive understandings, positive mutualities, positive reconciliation, positive enlightenment, Positive Al (PAI), Positive Goodwill (PGW), positive intentions, positive humanity or positive humanitarianism. She or he who fights unprovoked, fights from weakness not strength. Proactivity and preemptivity is the domain of wise power. Avoiding war is strength; fighting wars is weakness or lapse in intelligence. Preventing a crisis is strength. Make peace if the conditions are ripe – for there is nothing worthy in the world to do in times of perpetual wars. Wars of aggression shall befall weaker states – until they learn or gain “The Wisdom of Strength in Peace (WSP).” Peace is not cheap – it cometh to those who work hardest for it.
