Just wars comes from just humans, but how many of them are left? Wars are waged so often by lying states and ambitious selfish ego. Wars are fought on nationalism but for personal concealed or hidden intentions, or vendetta of the leaders or profiteers of war. The innocent and poor or vulnerable are always the cost of war. It takes an egomaniac to unilaterally declear a war. A strategic politician lies deceptively, measuredly, proportionally, and balancingly to get a particular political patriotic result for the good of the country, for a public good, or altruistic strategic reason – but not for self.
