Don’t give me race carrots and sticks that ends up stereotyping, discriminating, oppressing and suppressing efforts and human dignity in the name of diversity. Give me fairness, equity, meritocracy and equal access just like anyone else – without discrimination or distinction to race, gender, religion, nationality, or creed. If all humans are born equal as the Founding and Constitution, then laws shouldn’t be discriminatory or subject specific. PIZ. Ticking a race box is in itself accepting and promoting cruel racism. The human being is it’s intelligence, abilities, resilience, good, endeavor, drive, works, capabilities, talent, creativity, invention, innovation, positive contribution, self determination, positive intrinsic individuality – equal to nothing but itsself or equal to everyone else but not less.
