Quantum Intelligence (QI) is exhibited by a being coded in Multiversal Intelligence Exponentiation (MIE). Just like the Artificial Intelligence (Al) and Enlightened Intelligence (El), the latter is the intelligence being who design the positive Al, while the former is the operational software or hardware of an intelligent mind. So a QB is capable of designing a Quantum Computing System (QCS) or use its QI to create things of exponential intelligence with simple tools or software.
