To every crime, there is a circumstance that snowball into the stimulus of criminality – that is preventable if equal attention is given to the person’s (care, treatment, eduation, job, relevance, opportunity, belief system, mental state, purposefulness, meaning; or attention paid to the intellect of reason, rarionality, common sense of the purported criminal; or the purported criminal is nurtured into the conscience of empathy, tolerance, compassion, communual responsibility, respect of life, abidance to the rule of law, or taught the Positive Values of Guilt (PVG)). More Positive Values of Opportunities (PVO) needs to be given to the being in order to disincentize that being from initiating Negative Stimuli of Criminality (NSC). Human circumstances if unimproved or positively incentivized increases the propensity of crime. Circumstance is a crime factor. It leaps to crime.
