The greater the autonomy of that leader to Negative External Influence (NEI), the better off that country, its citizens, and the Home Based Home Needs Driven Policies (HBHNDP) they undertake or implement. The more dependent, reliant, or subservient that leader is to external forces, external influence, external arbitration, extenal relinquishing of sovereignty, the worst off the citizens of that country; and the more deplorable their circumstances or sustainable future. Nobody takes care of the future of a country better than the patriotic or righteous citizens of that country itself. Development is patriotic.
