He who declares war ignores humanity and cares not for the Human Humane Ecology (HHE) as well. War only serves an inferior purpose, not superior good. And must therefore be the weapon of last resort not first strike. It’s suicidal to provoke a bee that stinks venom and expect to be greeted with sweet honey, flowers and cakes.
