Positive Power of Restraint (PPR) is when you’re being punched in the face or your dresses being ripped off by an aggressor or violence individual and you decide to calm yourself down or ignore your id for your superego to call the law instead of punching back – even though you really want to but think that youre something better than fighting an unworthy troubled being. PPR is when you resist the temptstions of crime, sex, drug, gluttony, ego, narcissm, selfish, inferior disposition or primitive or cruel undertakings to be a better human being, a better community member and a larger than life personality – despite the shame or perception of weakness or cowardice that comes with it. Be a better you for a better future. Sometimes strength is not fighting back.
