For the health of the ecology and sustainable use of natural resources to benefit the local people and climate, The African Union needs to have a Cap each year on the amount of natural resources extracted or exploited out of Africa at a reasonable fair Price (RFP) – free from exploitation, corruption, unsustainabilities, and bad faith. Each African Country is free to have a cap on the amount of natural resources it exports. Each African Country needs to decide a cap on the amount of natural resources it exports to every particular country around the world. Each region in Africa in the province or state or division or county where these natural resources are exported or exploited need to have a cap on the natural resources wealth exported or exploited from the area. With each layer of caps from top to bottom comes accountability of the revenues of the resources, reasons extracting the resources, allocated wealth from the exports, developmental goals from the exports, ecological impact, renewable greener technologies ways to upset the negative causalities of extracting natural resources. To safe the planet, the Continent must cleanse herself from the cruelties and inhumanities of corruption and misuse of natural resources. Mismanagement of resources is a destabilizing force on the planet responsible for wars, conflict, instability, corruption, tribalism, refugees, hunger, poverty, diseases, or migration.
