The President can’t be jailed after the term. But charges can only be brought 5 years after office. If convicted of a crime, as punishment, “Corrupt” is added to the title of the Ex-President for life. The charges must not be politically motivated, trial should be publicly transparent without partisan malice or bias. Each president should have a presidential museum with the documentation and relics of that presidency. Presidency is for the people, not a person, or king.
