Franc Bia is a stable hand in comparison. He is a capitalist and father, born in leadership with international experience and lessons. He can be a transitional president into a Liberal Democracy – in a country in need of conflict resolution and acceptance of the truce that the two regions in the country needs its autonomy and freedoms. He can try these models: Self Govern Autonomous Democracy (EGAD) learning from Hong Kong, Taiwan or Vatican – in which the Two regions under their flag manage and develop themselves independently without interference from the Mainland – using their resources exclusively for themselves in legal understanding to the Mainland (the government of the 8 regions). Corruption is key; development and consolidation of Natural National Resources (NNR) should be geared towards Infrastructure and Technological Development (ITD), poverty alleviation, Talent and Intelligence Development (TID), capital building and Peaceful Communities Coexistence (PCC), and living in Positive Cooperation and Mutual Understanding (PCMU). Conflicts without resolution is detrimental to human lives, human development, and prosperity of a people and nation. People can be separated in governance and still share one roof as one family. The misery of the two regions can’t be denied. Their grievances and resolve can’t be ignore. End conflict.
