Longevity comes from the cleansing and cleanliness of your heart. Have a good heart – a clean one – free from hate, and the cruelties of the earthly beings. Hate shall destroy thee. It shall erode the good, tarnish thy being, and consume thy soul. See reasons to avoid hate, and find courage in condemning hate. Live in the Blissfulness of Love. The first sin that sets a wrongful being is the nursing, nurturing, harboring, and teaching or practice of hate. A culture or people or nation institutionalized or culturized in hate (or to hate) shall always be void of the Glorious Things of Life (GTL) – Live in the harmony of sustainable peace and positive development.
