Part 10 A Superior system elevate all its people from poverty, misery, hardship, Primitive Surviving Dispositions (PSD) – and sets them on a Positive Thriving Sustainability Path (PTSP). Inferior system deliberately forgets a segment of its people to fight or hurt one another for survival. A system that leaves others behind in perpetual surviving rather than sustainable thriving is a system still in its primitive state. Measuring Surviving or Thriving in a system or state of being shall depend on how fast all citizens graduate from its State of Primitive Surviving Dispositions (SPSD). A system in its Primitive State of Survival (PSS) has an inclinations to cruelties or to hold others down or gain pleasure in letting others toil. PSS systems are constantly driving their citizens in a Perpetual State of Fear (PSF) or in a primitive state of Fear of the Other (FOO). Humans deserves more than fear.
