Should it be a choice to care for the child’s welfare or wellbeing? I think it’s both. We should both care for the child’s welfare and wellbeing – else the child grows to be deficient in one or both. The hygienic environment around a child matters. The quality of the child’s health, comfort, education, quality time and quality fun matter too. The mind of the child is the window to the world. And that mind therefore must be nurture properly with all the pecks of a good human being and a Positively Contributive Human Being (PVHB) to a Positively Contributive Society (PCS). The child’s welfare and wellbeing is the responsibility of parents and society at large – for in the end, the child is the product and benefit of society. The system shall depend on children of the future – for the past is old and the future shall always be new unless old men take us back into the abase. Care for a child.
