If we truly think Filibuster Rule is democratic (which is truly not written in the Constitution and therefore antidemocratic), why not export the Filibuster Rule to the rest of Democratic countries around the world? We know it keeps the majority useless, ineffective, deffective, and weak. The deffects of the Filibuster Rule soon become the deffects or distruction of Democracy itself. We must be confident of Democratic Rules without trying to subvert Democracy. Politicians can promise voters whatever they find convincing because they will blame the Filibuster Rule for not delivering their promises. What is Democracy when democratic promises are not kept? If Filibuster Rule was that important, it should have been in the Constitution. Why should so call Constitutionalists protect a rule that is unconstitutional to Democracy? No matter the party, Filibuster Rule is antidemocratic, unpatriotic, and unconstitutional.
