It’s self evident that the human being is a Being with a faculty of being of human; born to human; conceived by human (not of other creature, but human); born after the natural or biological human conception of being; growing up in the community of fellow humans; attracted to fellow humans; capable of the basic prescription of that which is human (like having the brain, body and limbs similar to the physiological anatomy of any human); capable of cohabiting, living, working, celebrating, grieving with fellow humans of human species, or sharing the responsibilities of life with fellow humans. It’s self evident that a human being is a binary of either human or “unhuman.” And if it’s human, it has the rights that all humans have. The being of the human is uproven beyond the being itself – for the being of the Being is the Being itself and nothing els. You need not prove that which is self proven. The sun emits heat. Humans are born from the womb. Human Rights is a subset of Life Rights – not the totality of Life Rights. Al PHIL. Life Rights is universal. Human Rights can be misused or misinterpreted by different laws, jurisdictions, countries, politics, religions, cultures or traditions. But Life Right is a Right that every natural being – no matter race, color, gender, origin, or creed without distinction, should enjoy. It’s One Right For, All Equall to All.
