Constitutionalized Transitional Democracy (CTD) Part One Countries without Constitutionalized Transitional Democracy (like most of African, or South and North Anerican countries) shall forever be unstable, poor, oppressed, underdeveloped, unsustainable, corrupt, temporal, chaotic, violent, unpatriotic, and vulnerable for private interest, foreign interference, and external interest or preasure. In CTD type of Democracy, its written in the Constitution that would – be candidate take an oath under the full force of the law to accept “Transition” as the only patriotic deal for a Functionable Democratic System Continuation (FDSC). In this type of Democracy, There is a one term (of 10years) in which the president of the party in power is recalled by voters after 5 year mid term – to say yes or no (base on the public service of the president) by vote – for the president to continue. If yes, she or he continues. If no, the rest of the term is passed over to the vice president to complete their 10 years. The other parties only compete again after the 10 years is over. Once completed, the president can’t run again, but the vice, can. The president can’t run for office for conservative terms. The vice can run to help continue or start a new agenda.
