From within the human being itself, anger comes from one or multiple of these: negative views, negative PPP (Projection, Perception, Perspective), negative thoughts, slothiness, grievances, personal weaknesses, failures, lacks, perceived threats, understood fears, insecurities, powerlessness, entitlement, hatred, unquenchable temperament, victimhood mentality, or health challenges. Anger springs from these imbalances: unresolved economical, psychological, societal, cultural, religious, traditional, or environmental imbalances – that humans internalize in their mind, heart, and externalize through their deeds, needs, desires, behavior, dispositions, expressions or omissions. Have a positive outlook. Believing that humans are flawed creatures trying to be better shall give thee a positive understanding of life. Some constructive as well as destructive humans will sometimes want things their way, or cry victimhood if things don’t go their way. There is always a way to deal with every human being on this planet without resorting to consequential misunderstanding or mayhem. Learn to govern yourself before trying to govern others. You can’t give what you don’t have unless you’re borrowing or stealing from whom or what is not yours. Learn to manage thyself before becoming manager of others. Life is about trying to be better.
