Seek to understand where your anger is stemming shall give thee a better handle of management. From within the human being itself, anger comes from one or multiple of these: negative views, negative PPP (Projection, Perception, Perspective), negative thoughts, slothiness, grievances, personal weaknesses, failures, lacks, perceived threats, understood fears, insecurities, powerlessness, entitlement, hatred, unquenchable temperament, victimhood mentality, or health challenges. Anger springs from these imbalances: unresolved economical, psychological, societal, cultural, religious, traditional, or environmental imbalances – that humans internalize in their mind, heart, and externalize through their deeds, needs, desires, behavior, dispositions, expressions or omissions.
