Digging for reasons to convict = judicial malpractice or judicial corruption of the facts in itself. It’s easy to talk about justice and do injustice. If conviction is the price paid for the resistance of not getting behind or falling in line, then that judicial system in itself has been hijacked and corroded from the inside. Humans soon become victims of the same injustices and corruption that they were once part of. In the end, it is the judicial system that suffers from corruption, nepotism, vengeance, vindictiveness, and injustice. It’s been said that justice is wielded by power,  not fairness or fact finding. If a person is guilty before ever even being tried, then conviction and the trial process is nothing more than a ritual of justice than trial for justice. If facts do not matter, why not just jail and punish rather than waste the nation’s time and resources in the procedural process? If justice means payback time, then think again – freedom is silent, fear reigns. It takes centuries to accumulate obedient trust in the system, but a few heads to corrode and dismantle the system from within. Seek True Justice. Sham, rigged, or staged trials should be a thing of the past. Once justice becomes injustice, the system hardly recovers. Safe thy system from Internal corruption, cronyism, nepotism, corrosiveness, and Onemanism. If “ no person is above the law” means money, power, or influence is above the laws, then the system crumbles. If you don’t believe in justice, then don’t call it the justice system – call it something else. You make fun of the law by abusing the law with callous disregard. Without a judicious judicial system of civilized laws, society falls apart. Manipulating the law to fit one’s purpose is an assault or affront to the legality of the law itself. Save the law by playing fair. Don’t rig the game just because you can. Play fair. To keep a country depends on your legal system. Take the authority of the courts away, and there is nothing left to call a country. Guaranteed judicial independence.
